The Ever Power square baler utilizes a highly synchronized mechanical process to transform loose windrows into tight, uniform bales. As the tractor moves, the wide pickup cylinder lifts the crop into the feeding chamber. A set of feeder forks then pushes the material into the main compression chamber. Here, the heavy-duty plunger, driven by our precision-engineered baler gearbox, compresses the crop with immense force at up to 90 strokes per minute. Power is smoothly delivered from the tractor via our shear-bolt protected PTO shaft. Once the bale reaches the desired length, the advanced knotter system automatically engages, tying the twine securely before pushing the finished bale out the rear chute.

To achieve peak efficiency, match the baler to your tractor power. A 50 HP tractor is sufficient for standard flat-field baling at 540 RPM. However, if you are operating on uneven terrain or baling heavy, damp crops, we recommend a 60-80 HP tractor. Always pair your new baler with an appropriate PTO shaft; we highly advise selecting an Ever Power wide-angle PTO shaft equipped with an overrunning clutch and shear bolt to protect your tractor and baler gearbox from sudden blockages.

Check the gear oil level every 50 working hours. The initial oil change should occur after the first 100 hours of operation to remove any break-in particles, followed by an annual oil change before harvest.
3. Quel arbre de prise de force est le mieux adapté à une presse à balles carrées ?
En raison du mouvement de va-et-vient important du piston, un arbre de prise de force avec roue libre et boulon de cisaillement est indispensable. Ceci protège à la fois votre tracteur et la boîte de vitesses de la presse à balles contre les chocs extrêmes.
